A Healing Journey
Heavens is all I can say! We are in some WILD times. Mother Earth is clearing out lots of old energies, and not very quietly. So much chaos and devastation around us and within us. My heart goes out to all the people affected by the hurricanes, fires, and earthquakes. Every energy holds a polarity. There is lots of opportunity here to rebuild things, including ourselves, differently.
I feel like we are being asked to take a long, hard look at ourselves, our priorities, our relationships, what we value in society, culture and within. Where’s your connection to your heart in all of this? Do you feel like you have lost it somewhere along the way?
I know that feeling. In my 9-month healing group, Sacred Seven, we delve boldly and fully into this terrain. The group becomes the sacred container for the deep dive into self. We explore our shadow qualities so that we can gain the power of untapped or disowned parts of the self. That’s right, your shadow is not to be feared, it is the raw material for your magnificent Power and Light! When we heal the shadow part, we become light. Lots of us spend our lives pushing down feelings, repressing energy, doing a lot of spiritual bypass work to avoid getting into the deep, forgotten parts of the self. When we approach our healing like this, we never get to the energetic roots of our issues. How many times have you worked on an issue, done more positive affirmations that you can count? Only to find that the issue has not resolved. You’ve got to get to the root, the cellular level of the energetic.
If you feel like you are being called to look within and are ready to blaze the trail of the Spiritual Warrior or take the Hero/Heroine’s journey, please call me: 508-208-8037, to determine if this program is a good fit for you. It’s four Saturday’s and 27 Monday evenings. We go into the energetic body via the chakras. Using imagery, mindfulness, and body-centered Gestalt therapy, we shift the molecular structure of old holding patterns and beliefs in the body. I love teaching this program and watching participants heal, grow and step more powerfully into SELF.I leave you with a Jung quote:
“That I feed the hungry, forgive an insult, and love my enemy – these are great virtues. But what if I should discover that the poorest of the beggars and most impudent of offenders are all within me, and that I stand the need of all the alms of my kindness; that I myself am the enemy who must be loved – what then?”
