Monthly Meditation Series
The goal of meditation is to go beyond the mind and come into the true nature of who you are: peace, happiness and bliss. If you’ve ever tried to meditate then you know the mind is our biggest obstacle. Together we will explore various meditation techniques to cultivate states of inner peace, relaxation and calm.
What to Expect:
This group will take place in my home and is limited to 8 participants. Each week we will prepare for meditation with an opening circle, gentle movements and the featured meditation. Each participant will receive an e-guide with the materials covered for future reference. I hope you’ll join me for unexpected states of bliss, connection and possibly miracles!
