It’s that time of year! New Year’s Resolutions, fresh starts, reset and re-think your goals and plans! Jump start your best year yet with a powerful vision board!

Visualization is nearly as powerful as performing the action. By creating a vision board and placing it in a spot you see every day, you create the opportunity for consistent visualization to train your mind, body, and spirit to manifest your desires.

A vision board is a powerful tool that helps you narrow down your desires through the power of choice. The tool helps you invest the time and energy to visualize your future and consistently reminds you of your life goals. It is collage representing things you would like to attract to your life. Vision boards can focus on something specific, like career, love life, or goals for the year. Or, you can make a board that encompasses general life desires.

Project 389 will assist in guiding you to identify what true wishes and desires you want to reflect on your vision board. Our workshop will utilize a series of experiences and exercises to stimulate thoughts and feelings. Materials for your vision board will be provided. Images are a major component of vision boards. If you have specific or special newspaper/magazine cutouts, images/quotes printed from the internet, photographs, pages from a book, brochures/pamphlets/flyers, etc. ~ please feel free to bring with you.
